Both Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) and Cities Readiness Initiative (CRI) criteria require that mass dispensing be part of a public health response. Although this concept has been addressed through public health nurse training, the Center takes the issue to the next level by offering a comprehensive workshop that combines all aspects of mass dispensing programs.
