Using a simulation cell tool strategy, this workshop provides an educational experience that prepares all positions in an Emergency Operations Center or Hospital Command Center. The workshop is essentially a functional exercise that uses simulation to create an environment that is realistic and factual while allowing positions within the Incident Command structure to "play".
