Problem Solving for Preparedness Professionals

Each year the Center for Preparedness Education offers professional development training that can be used to enhance both the preparedness and the non-preparedness areas of our audience's careers. This year the focus is on problem solving with an emphasis identifying solutions that go beyond "symptoms" of the problem and get to the root cause for solutions that lead to significant, lasting improvement.
