INCIDENT COMMAND ROLES 101 (via webinar)

Many public health and healthcare facilities have a basic understanding of Incident Command principles. Because these roles are activated only during emergencies, the details are often forgotten. Facilities also experience staff changes and turn over that make additional training a necessity. This program provides a series of 8 one-hour webinars that provide more specific information on each of the command and general staff positions. Each webinar will focus on one position, for example Incident Commander, Operations Chief, etc.
